Sample CAD Files
3D Model of Manhattan, New York
The ESC licenses use of its 3-D model of Manhattan. Fees vary according to use with discounts given for not-for-profit and educational purposes. The 3D model can also be
obtained with links to a GIS database, which includes NYCMAP (New York City Map) and floor-by-floor information.
Not all of Manhattan is available, however, so contact us to see if we have the areas you need available.

Sample Model Information:
ESC blocks of Manhattan are made up of separate components, such as building massing, floor plates (including walls), sidewalks etc., each of which are represented as individual CAD
files. When loaded, they can be aggregated by inserting into one common file. Following is a sample filename notation for each of those components:
- block#_s.dxf (e.g. "15_s.dxf") : sidewalk polygons
- block#_b.dxf : building massing
- block#_p.dxf : building floor plates including walls
- block#_e.dxf : extras (parapets, cellars/foundations etc.)
